Walk me through this. I got the email and tried to do the Cloudflare thing. I got a message that I needed a domain name. The name of my site ends in homestead.com So, how do I get a domain name. And if I change my site name, how will that potentially affect my visitors' ability to find me via Google and whatever. (I posted a question on another thread but can't find my way back there. It has disappeared.)

Hello Stella5352

To add a domain name, you would log into your Homestead account at homestead.com. Once you are logged in, click on the Domains tab, and "Get a New Domain". It will have you check the availability and then purchase the domain name. People who are familiar with your old site name will still be able to go to it, but that page still isn't going to be secure. I might recommend putting a banner at the top with a link to the domain name you purchase, urging people to go to the domain and update their bookmark if they have your old page saved.

I got a domain name. Now I can’t log on to Cloudflare. This whole thing is a pain and a drain.

What happens when you try to log into Cloudflare?
