domain name submission fail

Got submission failed notice that said contact us. When tried to contact 4 different times, System seems down on non-functional. What's up?

I dont think Cheryl does,probably having the same problem... sadly there is no homestead help in here at weekends. All I can suggest is that you check the information you have put on your applications. This seems to be the main reason for failure, followed by not replying to the verification email that would be sent to the email address you supplied.. ( check spam folder) in the past issues such as area codes on phone numbers, zip codes etc have been entered incorrectly. Once applications go through a confirmation email is sent out that is time limited. Failing to respond within the time holds the application. You can check if your domain name has been registered by searching on ICANN WHOIS..Good Luck

LOL yeah sometimes that works.. but Drew and Todd are here to help and have always been excellent..... The Company????? well that's another thing!!!  I did have customer service number but I deleted it by mistake, have to go and find it again.

I also tried to register a domain and needed it live for tomorrow - I registered it on Friday - I have a big launch tomorrow and got the same email it failed. Then I tried to click on the link they gave me to contact and it won't load.

liz7153, yours should be fixed now too. I am sorry for the inconvenience. In your case the domain did register, but failed to correctly propagate for some reason.

I just registered 2 domains and got a fail screen, but in my account it says for the come back in 24 hours. I haven't received the confirmation email to click on, and usually get this within minutes. Can this be checked on please and thank you?

I registered 2 domains last week, after 3 days they both failed...no help ...live chat is down...I've been a client for 10 years and the last few have been going downhill...
anyone know the number to call seeing as how I stare at a "live chat screen" that sits balnk for an hour.
