Good Morning,

It was noticed on Monday that my subdomain aerspace.ca is not functioning which has stopped us from being able to use any email. The Error which appears is ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED and it says that aerspace.ca's IP address cannot be found.

My Whois information seems to be all in order and my other two domains are both working as well. I have not changed or edited any portion of my site in over 2 weeks so I don't know what has changed.

Please help.

I changed the A record, but it should have been working with the different A record. It is behaving as if the domain is on clienthold or has expired. Have you checked with the domain host?

I was under the impression that you were the domain host but I suppose it would actually be Tucows?

//Edit//  I looked into it and it seems that netfirms is the domain host I will check with them.

Homestead is a reseller of domains for Tucows which is the registrar. Many companies resell through Tucows. I am not sure if you got it direct or through another reseller, but Homestead can't host a .ca domain.

One of your domains is hosted with Homestead. You would see it on the domains tab. If it says pointed it is not hosted with us.
