I have a domain that I want to forward to another website hosted off of Homestead. However, when I try to configure it using the Domain Section of my control panel, it doesn't work. It won't forward! I've done it before and it seemed to work but now, it doesn't.

Moreover, when I click on "domains" in my control panel, it takes me to the "My Account" page and has a billing summary.

I need my website to get back up and running!

Homestead has never supported forwarding. If you want to point the domain, you need to get the nameservers or A records from the new web host.

You can add redirect code in HTML to the homepage, or other page to automatically send the visitor to the external site. Have you added code? If so, which page?

Thanks for your reply, Drew. Yes, I have. The page is here: http://californiaairways.homestead.com/ (it's the main index page). However, california-airways.com, the domain that we host via Homestead, is not pointing to this website. Is there any way I can fix that? The DNS settings are default, although we use Google MX Records for our mail system. But I don't think that affects anything.

You want the domain to point to the Homestead site? Currently the DNS settings are not default. They are pointing the site to 66.175.232.122, which is not Homestead.

Drew, thanks again for your reply. I get the following error trying to reset the A Records:

It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we were unable to submit your A Record, CNAME, MX and TXT Record changes at this time. Please ensure that the records you are attempting to submit are valid and try again later.

Any idea when this will be fixed? I truly appreciate your help.
