Client's site been down since 2/27/14. Receiving SITE ERROR message: Ox47 with text making reference to "Server Error." When I visit Website Manager, all of my other client sites appear in the pulldown menu, including the one that is down. But unlike the other sites, the one that is down does not show an index page icon. Any ideas?

That would definitely be an issue. Every site must have an index page. I see there are several sites in this account which site is having the issue?

KidsDeserveDads.com. Update: MyDomain.com confirmed that the Nameservers somehow got changed. They couldn't confirm why. They've since changed them back and the site is back up. HOWEVER, curiously, when we visit Homestead.com, and select KidsDeserveDads.com from the pulldown menu at My Sites, Sitebuilder Plus will not load. We see the Sitebuilder Plus window, but loading times out. We receive an error message indicating that there is a network or server issue and to contact HS. Curiously, this is not the case for any of the other sites we have posted under the same master account.

Strange. Don't you think?

According to the public Whois record, the domain was just updated on 3/3/14 (yesterday). If the domain was renewed, they registrar probably changed the nameservers back to the defaults (which is what are still showing on the public record). You may want to double check with your domain registrar to make sure they really did update the nameservers.

This would have no relationship with the Sitebuilder not loading. There may have been a caching issue with the website/sitebuilder. I just logged into it fine so if you are still having problems, let us know what is happening on your end.
