Yes! As a way to thank you for being a loyal customer we do offer a discount on our annual payment plans. When you switch from a monthly payment cycle to an annual plan, we'll give you two months free on your base hosting plan, or six months free when you pay once every two years!

Can I combine my monthly fees and pay for a whole year in advance so that I don't have to worry about it from month to month and then pay for it the same day each consecutive year?

Yes you can.  Take a look at the chart.  2 months free for a year and 6 months free for 2 years.  When we change the cycle, it will reset the billing date to the day we make the change. Let me know if you have any questions or want to proceed.

Hi great info.  Thank you.  I tried to contact HELP right now to change my plan to yearly, but it says HELP is unavailable at present -- although it's only 3 p.m. PST on Saturday & they state that the're open on Saturdays till 4 p.m.  ???

Yes, Unfortunately that messaging has not been updated.  We don't have phone or chat support on the weekends, but we are here on the weekends and can make the change to 1 or 2 years for you.

This community has many good help topics available all the time, and employees are answering questions 7 days a week.  Employee average response time is about 2 hours, so it isn't instant, but we can help.

Just confirm you want to do 1 year or 2 and I can make the switch now.  It would bill you tonight for the whole sum and reset your next bill date to May 31st, 2015.
