The new email system has not changed anything on your Computer or Printer.
I would really need to see live, or have you provide us specific steps on how you are trying to print the page. I'm not sure what the 86 page document you are referring to is. It sounds like there could be a setting in the web browser causing this issue. Have you tried to switch to Chrome, or Firefox etc. ?

Sorry but we do not have an email address for tech support. For many reasons, security, compliance, quality tracking, we have 3 forms of official support. Live Telephone, Live Chat, and here on the Community.
If you are unable to find answers to your questions you are welcome to create a new post and we'll be happy to help you.

Even when I can get messages on Outlook and Ipad, I have noticed a dramatically increased load time over the prior system. I have had the most success accesing mail directly from the web portal, but this is cumbersome esp. on my Ipad.

Next, you mention that you are using an IPAD. For some reason Apple does things a little different than others and when configuring IMAP accounts, you actually have to tell the email app which folders to use. Follow the steps here:
Can't delete emails on Ipad/Iphone: https://community.homestead.com/homes...
Sent emails not showing in sent folder: https://community.homestead.com/homes...

Why aren't my email contacts popping up automatically when I type in receiver's name? How can I fix this? It's quite frustrasting having to go back and search for email addresses that I frequently respond to. Also, I'm still having problems with graphics not coming through emails (even though html and plain text setting is selected). Additionally, my folders also keep disappearing every time I switch screens, and then for some reason the system is finicky about when and where I can click to repopulate them.
All of the above comes after I spent an entire day addressing the same old automatic response issue it seems everyone's facing, which, by the way, was quite embarrassing considering the response indicated to our clients that our office was closed until mid July. And then there's the weird formatting where my sentences are chopped off halfway through each second line in my sent folders. I'm honestly afraid to confirm that they're actually going through to our clients in the same format. All very frustrating and embarrassing!
I am wondering...if I have my emails forwarded to another email system, will I be able to take advantage of their features while managing my homestead emails through them? I'm thinking that it would save me a whole lot of time and frustration if so. At least until all these kinks get worked out.

I still can't get my iPhone set up either. It doesn't follow the steps the same as you're instructions so I'm completely lost.
Hoping you can help!
Thanks,

Also double check that you entered the email address in the username field correctly. It should be the full email address.

I would like to export all my e-mails for back up, and I don't know how to do it. Also, in the previous version, there was an option of sending a copy of e-mail to a different e-mail account, which I can not activate now.

Select an E-Mail in the H Split, V Split or List view.
Click on Save in the Edit panel tab. If using the compact panel, click the panel icon Save.
Depending on the browser you might be asked whether you want to open or save the file. Select Save.
Select a location. Enter a file name.
Click on Save.
Result: The E-Mail is saved as text file with the ending .eml.
Tip: You can also use the context menu to save E-Mails.
Tip: You can save several E-Mails in one zip archive. To do so select in step 1 several E-Mails while holding down the
<shift>
key or the <cmd>
key on Mac.
To set up an auto-forwarding address, follow the steps here https://community.homestead.com/homes...

The multiple copies, I have found on Google to be a long time issue with Outlook. I used to experience it on several different versions. I can't say for sure they fixed it, but I have not seen it as often in 2010 and 2013. It apparently has to do with leaving a copy of the message on the server. Did you configure it that way?

I can't figure out how to configure the server, it is certainly not user friendly. No e-mails are being left there I checked.
