I have had my site for a really long time and at one point had to add Duda for mobile, but was promised that it would be temporary while Homestead upgraded. Do I still need it?

The new site builder program is responsive. SB+ still requires Duda.

So what is my next step? How do I find out if I need it?

What program are you using?
1. Sitebuilder Desk Top
2. Sitebuilder Plus
3. The new Web Builder program.
Only the Web Builder is responsive.

right now I am using the online version of SB+. I was instructed to do so a while back. How do I switch to the new program?

Use your website manager to open a new website and select Web Builder. You can maintain your current site concurrently until you decide to make it history.

If you create a new site as suggested, then the mobile friendly is built in to it. If you want to continue to maintain your old site, then you should keep Dudamobile as it is the way to keep the site mobile friendly.

I had my site designed by your team. Will I lose anything by converting it?

Is there someone I can talk to? Site Builder will not load and I am nervous to lose my site...

There is no conversion unfortunately. A new site needs to be created, so you would either need to build the new site or we can do another design. You can call support at 800-710-1998 if you like.
