Data Center Migration: I have been a faithful, ardent and dedicated user of Homestead since 1999. I have logged into site builder virtually everyday over the course of sixteen years. I have built hundreds of websites and referred over 200 clients. I have NEVER spoken poorly of Homestead. Ever. I am a dedicated user and rely on homestead for my entire livelihood. I can say without any equivocation that I AM absolutely disappointed with the events of the past three months. I get that you had to migrate to new servers - I get it. But you should have had a much better plan in place and you should have communicated with the users in a much better way. Very bad form guys.

Totally understand your frustration, we haven't even been able to access site builder to maintain some of our customers sites.

A few years ago we went out on our own and started designing sites on Wordpress since it is much more search engine friendly. We also are offering customers more extensive up to date SEO programs that are much more effective than what Homestead offers. Me too. Since 1997.  Lost over $1000 in sales in December and cannot get back.  I'm looking to leave.  This is absolutely crazy.  Losing money without being notified.  I still get charged, but now I'm losing money.  Tell me why I should stay...l.  Don't think I will

I just lost a client that was over $5000 a month. They launch an ad campaign today and invested $50,000 in TV ads only to find that their website domain landed on Homestead.com. I have been on hold with support in the last five days for over 150 minutes! ON HOLD! Only to be told there is no fix available. I would leave but I have over 100 sites and over 700 pages I would have to rebuild. I JUST pray they get all this fixed. It will destroy my business to leave.
