All future form submissions for this form will be sent to this email address until you are under disk quota. Delete any unwanted or unused files or purchase additional disk space by logging in to your account.

Can you please go into your builder and republish your website? Then test if you are still experiencing this error?

I am getting the same error message. I deleted all files under Form Manager, and even changed the settings on my form, telling submissions to only be sent to my email and not saved in Form Manager. However, the error message is still coming to me -- and more significantly, forms CANNOT BE SUBMITTED -- when the submit button is pressed, an error message comes up which says "There was an error while submitting your information." No kidding!!!! We need this problem fixed!!

Elyzabeth, thank you for looking into the issue above.  Has anyone looked into the issue some of have raised about not connecting to Pay Pal?  We are still getting the disk quota email when someone registers on our site for a product.  However, they are unable to go to the purchase page.  Would you please look into this?

Also, at what point does the issue occur? Can they go to the checkout page? Submit payment information?

I still am having problems with my Contact form - when submitting, an error message occurs. I do receive an email with the info, with the previously reported error about disk space.

mine is a forms issue.  If you go "Register for Class" tab and fill out form, when you hit submit, you will get an error message.  The form does come to me but i also get an error message (the one i copied to you).  People are hitting submit like 10 times i am getting 10 registration emails from them and they think its not going thru  because they are getting error on their end as well.

Mine is now working.  Thank you so much for your efforts.  I hope everyone else is now working too.  Thanks again.  In addition, the disk quota email is also resolved.
