2 things: Firstly why can I not find a simple way of sorting out a problem either by a direct email to tech staff at Homestead, of by a live chat.? The community help is simply not precise enough. Given too the fee I pay each year I find it outrageous that there is no obvious straightforward way of contact. Not even Facebook as far as I can see! Secondly: I want and need to sort out html on my site(s) but it is more complicated no doubt due in part to the fact that when following your initial instructions my computer crashed. I have tried following the instruction on the community help section and that gets me nowhere - I need help from a member of staff who can deal with MY problem,not a generalisation.
