DID INTUIT HOMESTEAD DELETE MY ENTIRE COMPANIES EMAIL ACCOUNTS ENTIRELY?!?!?

All five of our accounts show they do not exist. Nothing had changed they are just gone. Help?!?!

I now have an email account listed that I deleted a few weeks ago. Saying I have 6 email accounts out of 5 available. Who's email is not working I wonder....

All of our email addresses are gone too. Intuit help desk is closed. We're missing important emails which can cost us business!!

My email is gone. Says it doesnt exist!!!! What is this?? Great job homestead. This is beyond ridiculous and its costing me money. Also there is no tech support, what a bunch of sh!t!!!!!!

WTF?
I thought that I was the only person with this issue. I am in the middle of a single release and a dance competition. I have advertised on radio, youtube, twitter,facebook, linkedin etc, with homestead's email address. Came into work and the emails are missing, and still I'm paying. This is costing me money, time and my reputation, that I have built up over time, due to this f&%^$£g disgraceful service. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same issue with two email accounts! I need someone from homestead to contact MISA Technologies as soon as this message is read. We have lost a lot of emails and contact info and really need your help soon.

I guess I join the ranks of dissatified intuit customers! I have no email now and I have people that are getting the message that the address is being rejected by server. This is KILLING my reputation and business. I have some who just called me because the address I just gave them is NO GOOD. I need my email back and with all the emails that were there! I can't replace the contact info in those emails. If I lose all that work for the last week intuit will owe me big and I will switch and never be back.

We have access to four of our five e-mails, but the fifth is not showing up and an e-mail account deleted weeks ago is showing up again. WTF?

Lost every account just hours after we logged in. Completely frustrated! We are trying to establish ourselves and this is really setting our company back when we have finally been in contact with some pretty important companies. Lost all of our info, seriously considering leaving this service, not worth the amount of money we spend for the account!

We are a trading company, www.verdi-international.info. All our email adresses are out. For the moment all our employees are out of work, the depend on the emailadresses. Impossible to reach a homestead employee. We simply are losing deals/money by the hour ...... Better .... as it of the company i'm already warned my job is on the line if this issue is not resolved quickly.

all emails GONE ! Says 0 of 7 used but if i go to add e-mails back it tells me i need to purchase more .......... in trying to fix there last problems with Hmail they have seemed to have

actually furious i have no email account.. alll day.. if u want to accept international clients maybe u should ensure there is a support team for our time zone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My email accounts have vanished! I tried to re-create them and I can't even begin the process! I get absolutely nothing! And no one at tech support? It's 9:27am CST for pete's sake!!! I'm not even an international customer!

So we are now nearing 24 hours with this email problem. Both of my company accounts were deleted, along with all information for them. I was able to re-add them, but all the emails that were in them are gone. I have been with Homestead for almost 3 years and this really takes the cake. I have never seen an email service fail this bad and for this long. And sadly, this is the one I actually pay money for.

We Need answers.................NOW. I have lost 3 clients over this issue. Is Intuit going to reimburse for this? I think not.............the least we could get would be answers or a solution. If this is the way a supposed Tech company handles technical issues, I have to wonder about them completely. This is coming from a 10 year customer who has had IT!
Natural Estate P.L.L.C lost EVERY email account, Homestead! Please respond and please help. Naturalestatepllc@gmail.com We just sent out TONS of promotional material with our emails as primary contact!
