Desktop Sitebuilder still doesn't work.

Looking on your system status, it says"  Notification: December 11, 2014, Connection issue with Sitebuilder and customer sites(Resolved)"         ...Still cannot connect to desk top site builder...problem is not resolved.  Called support, they also say problem is not resolved.    Can I get an update please?

Hi Ian8030,

That was a different issue that was resolved. In addition, most people's desktop Sitebuilders came back online a few days ago. You began creating a site in Sitebuilder Plus right before Christmas. This site has a Master template, which is not compatible with desktop. You would have to remove the site to be able to try to use desktop on this account.
