I've been on the Desktop sitebuilder, I just applied for the Google Analytics to see my missing stats. I don't see where I can connect them to my website. can you help. also to transfer my website over to a more current site builder,  do you have someone that can help me should I have problems and a phone # to call.
Ok, I think I may see a fix for this, so maybe Someone can answer me back?? Can I add the info from the Google analytics GTAG for tracking #, can I copy and paste the "Tag" into my Advanced Page Properties -Advanced- <Head> section of each page I'd like tracked, save and then Publish??? and maybe then our desktop can track some visitors other than myself?
thank you

Hello,

I do have to highly recommend you no longer use the Desktop version of Sitebuilder. We cannot support or troubleshoot things in this builder. I do know that Google Analytics would need to be connected via HTML to each page, so yes that would be in your Advanced Page Properties.

If you are considering switching to a newer builder, and would like to speak with support, you can call 1-800-710-1998

thank you Elyzabeth for reply, I appreciate it. I do realize outdated and no longer able to support this builder is an important factor but like the old dog & new tricks theory and having vision problems as well, for some of us it is very hard to redo it all. If it was easy enough, many people would not be asking for the help needed to do it. I plan on changing over, just not right now. thank you again for reaching out to me.

I have another question, 7 days ago when you were advising Jennifer2210 with the Google Analytics adding tracking # into the newer builder to get stats, here is what was said. Are you certain I'd have to add the GTAG to all of my pages or just the main index page??
see enclosed excerpt and your reply. thank you

Do I have to do this for every page on my web site or just the main domain? Does it track individual pages or does each web page need its own ID? Thanks

Hello Jennifer,

Adding that Tracking ID is for the whole website. Google Analytics will view and track each individual page once that ID is applied to the site.

This is because the newer builder has a section to add code to the website on a whole. Sitebuilder does not, so you would need to add it to each page individually.
