I have uploaded many videos to were my space is full. I have deleted the videos as I go but the files are still there some where. How do I permanently delete these files to have more space and where do I find them?

Assuming you are using SiteBuilder Plus. Click on your site address at the upper right. From the drop down, select File Manager. Your video files will be located in there.

Well, hmmmmmm. So a single click on a file to highlight it and then choosing delete or clicking the delete button doesn't do it? Sounds like something for Tech Support to look at. They will be back in tomorrow.

Highlight it and then use the delete button in the tool bar at the top of the file manager list.

Ok did that and it didn't work bummer. I even brought in an original video and published it then deleted it from the tool bar but the file is still there.

Try refreshing and or restarting the computer - since I can't see the site like the Techs can I'm afraid I've exhausted my ideas.  :(
