In the past week, when posting a link from my Homestead sites to Facebook, Facebook may display the intended photo to be included with the share, but upon posting, Facebook posts a different photo -- one housed on the page but not the one shown in the preview.  Also in the past week, when posting a link from Homestead to Facebook and then attempting to change the picture, Facebook freezes up.

It seems this is only happening with my Homestead sites.  Other sites preview and publish the same photo.

Any idea?  Anybody else experiencing this?

Facebook typically chooses an image themselves, but there is code to specify an image that you can add to the head section. Try adding that.

I am not sure how we can freeze Facebook, but can you specify a site and page with one of these links and we will see if it happens to us.

Right, I'm aware of the code, but normally have not had to provide it, and still don't have to provide it with other sites.

Even after using Facebook Debugger and being shown the correct photo that should be posted with this link, when the link actually posted, it grabbed the wrong photo.

Photo should be library.  Photo that posts is of graduates.

When posting the link and then pressing "Upload Image" to change the image that loads in the preview, it acts as if it's loading a new image, but doesn't, and then freezes and won't let you "Remove Image."

It looks like you got it fixed as I see the library on the FB page.

No, not exactly.  I was able to post a picture and then add a caption which included the link.  But am still not able to post the link first and let the data automatically render.

When I added the link, it pulled the library, but when I published it switched to the graduates. That is strange, but I would add the tag to that page and see if it resolves. I am not sure why things have worked out for you elsewhere, but everywhere I have looked says you should use the tag to specify your image.
