I thought my troubles were over but after three attempts, I cannot get on site. An error message comes up - the oops messsage yet again. Can it be so hard to get technicians to set up a reliable siite? Latest reason?

Have now managed to get on site but had trouble editing and words split and lines transpose. Publishing is very slow

I am very sorry, I understand the frustration of this. We do know that selecting Local files will get you into your site, but are aware it is occurring most times you log into Sitebuilder.

I really need to get onto my site-builder!! I have a guest book that needs to be updated and my customers are getting frustrated and so am I!  I have been on hold twice for more than 1/2 an hour without the opportunity to put my phone number in the cue.  What is up??

OK, so I was on hold with TechSupport for close to an hour.....in the meantime a box popped up on my sitebuilder plus and asked if I wanted to keep 'published' or 'local' file, synchronizing or something like that. So I started to click on 'keep local' and i noticed it was asking about every photo or ? on my site.  Well, I clicked until there was nothing left to click on and viola!! my SiteBuilder Plus site opened up.  I hope it will open up with out having to synchronize again!!!

We are aware that choosing Local file would be the suggested action at this moment, but we are currently investigating to determine what is causing this prompt to come up at Sitebuilder.
