Customers say they are getting bounce back emails

I am having an issue with customers telling me that the emails they are sending are getting bounced back, yet some are coming through. How do I know if I have missed any emails and why is this happening. Then what can I do to resolve the issue?

Hello Joe2017,

Are you referring to joe@jzremodeling.com? This email address has reached quota, so they are likely getting bouncebacks that the email account is full. You will need to log in to your Homestead account and delete some emails. If there are no emails you are able to delete, we can also upgrade the storage on that mailbox.

2GBs (20,000 emails) cost: $1/month

5GBs, (50,000 emails) cost: $2/month

10GBs (100,000 emails) cost: $3/month
