Hello,
I'm sure the solution is an easy one and I'm willing to bet you've covered this topic already but can you possibly point me in the right direction.
Any NEW customer's of mine don't get my emails.  I have to email them from my gmail account to let them know to look in their junk mail folder for my emails.  How can I make my emails secure enough that my emails make it to clients' inboxes?
Thanks in advance,
-Joe

Hello Joseph,

I did see a few DNS settings that were a little outdated and sometimes do get marked as spam and sent to the junk folder. I did get those updated for you to avoid that issue going forward. Please allow about 24 hours for those changes to fully propagate. Thanks

Thank you Michelle,
Is there anything else I can do to help the situation? Would setting up my website on CloudFare help at all?

No problem. The only other thing that may help would be for the person you are sending to to add your email address to their contacts. Setting up cloudflare would not change the mx records or help with this specif situation but I would recommend setting it up because it will benefit you in other ways as far as showing a secure site and may help with SEO rankings.
