Customers never receive our emails when sent from our "info" emails. Why is this?

Hi there, 
I work at a Paint-Your-Own-Pottery studio and we email our customers to notify them that their pieces are ready for pick up. 
Customers 99% of the time DO NOT receive our emails when sent from our "info" email. Why is this? They even claim to have looked in their SPAM folders and nothing...

The only thing that I saw that might have been causing issues, your DNS was a little bit outdated. I have reset them to our most recent DNS, please test it after 24 hours and let me know if it is working.
