"Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address."
The addresses are all valid and some are returning customers who never had a problem ordering in the past. The items are in stock. The orders do not have any common items between them. I haven't been able to get feedback from all of them but I noticed that the first 3 were emailing me from an ipad.
I know 3 were able to place an order but I haven't been able to get details.
Any ideas? Of course, this is my busy time with a sale and I never heard anyone running into this problem before.
