I do not know what run around, but you may ask direct questions here and they will be answered, or you can call 800-710-1998.

Hi Drew, sorry to lean in here, but I find that number and the sales number don't work for me (UK Scotland) I've tried waiting until 2.30 local time 7:30 MST. Any ideas?

Hmm. I am told that at least the 800-710-1998 should work, but unfortunately is not free. Is the phone you are using preventing you from a charged international call? I will keep looking from our end, to see if I can see anything else.

I took this to be a freephone number. In the UK they start with 0800 so that's how I dialled it. Perhaps that explains it.  To ring the USA I would start with 001 so perhaps I should be ringing 001 800 710 1998.  However, the problem arose because someone was spoofing my email address and sending junk mail. Homestead got some complaints and said they had blocked my email sending, and asked me to ring the number to reinstate it. Since the email service has not actually been interrupted I don't really want to make an expensive international call for no good purpose. Perhaps you could confirm the 001800... hypothesis and ask what the charge rate is. Thanks for your efforts. Jim.

I would think that would be the way. Within the US the 800 number is free to call, but not outside the US. I am looking for the rates.

If they say call, keep in mind you can also post here for myself or Todd. For some of those things, the phone agents need to come to us anyway.

Rates would be the standard rates your carrier charges to call a US 800 number. There is no additional charge on our end.
