Custom Form submission not working.

Why isn't my custom form submitting? I have the correct email address listed in the settings, along with "clear form upon submission" checked and "Success" as the submit message. It isn't submitting at all? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Drew. Thank you for responding. I just now gave up, deleted the original form and recreated it. It is working now. The original form was included on a website template.
