cursor drop

This thing that happens sometimes when i grab on to an image to move it, the cursor will not let go of the image until i delete the image. anyone else have this problem or do you think that it is a problem in mypersonal device?

When you left click the image, you hold the button down. When you release the button, the image should not follow.

I have not heard of anyone else having this trouble. What type of device are you using to edit your site?
