I just replaced my old (dead) computer. Trying to install the Site Builder and I get an error that says my hard drive may be full and cannot download my elements completely. I've rebooted, turned off firewalls, turned off UAC, re-downloaded the installer but the issue remains. The error suggested reaching out to you for help. THANKS! ~Brian

Hello,

This sounds like a storage issue. However, as the desktop software is becoming outdated and you may encounter compatibility issues as you are now, it is recommended to utilize Sitebuilder plus, which is the online version of the desktop builder. If you wish to continue using the desktop builder please refer to these articles and run these fixes.
