I want to copy an old homestead website page to another old homestead website with sitemover but I can't find it now. We used to use it all the time. I understand we can't do this with the new platform but I am wanting to copy with the old just like we used to. Thanks.

We will have to do this for you. Since all new sites are created as new Websitebuilder sites, it can cause problems to put a Sitebuilder site on those sites. You can create the new site and then provide the source site name and the new site name and I will convert the new site and copy it for you.

I am sorry. I am only able to copy an entire site. I can't move just one page. Also, as part of the transfer the target site is completely erased as not doing so was creating corruptions. I didn't notice the mention of a single page in the original post. Unfortunately, I won't be able to do this.

Drew.....I need a "whole" site copied.    The source site is krkbenefits.com and the destination site is tpgbenefitsaca.homestead.com.    The latter shows up as tpgbenefitsaca.homesteadCLOUD.com....but I created it in the same desktop SB I've been using for years.

Why do my new SB sites default to the "cloud.com" site?   I have never used SB Plus.

Hal9944, I will get this copies as soon as I can. While sitebuilder desktop is allowing you to work, you are no longer able to create new Sitebuilder sites. All new sites are configured for Websitebuilder, which is the newest online builder. To make things work correctly you must request that we convert any new site that you wish to use with Sitebuilder desktop. Sitebuuilder Plus is not the same as Websitebuilder. Sitebuilder Plus can edit anything you make in desktop. Websitebuilder is a completely different builder and is not compatible with Sitebuilder at all.

Ok, thanks for copying.   This is all news to me, wasn't an announcement sent out to current customers?    This brings up another question......can I use Sitebuilder and Websitebuilder at the same time (not the same site)??    I have too many sites to change over in a short period of time.
How do I access Websitebuilder?    I would like to slowly migrate to it.

We did send an email blast and had a post here. I am sorry if you didn't see it.

To use Websitebuilder just log in to Homestead.com and go to the Websites Manager page. Add a new site at the top right. Then choose a design and start editing. It is an online program. You may continue to use both builders on different sites.
