Constantly, frustratingly timed out...

After using the desktop version of SiteBuilder for many years, and loving it, I have recently started updating my sites. One, I have totally revamped, so it is user friendly. The others, I am gradually updating with the SiteBuilderPlus program online. 

I have spoken with a couple of the reps about my issue, and sent info via the feedback survey, but no changes. 

Due to the nature of things, I have to work on the sites either between customers, or between household demands. It is extremely frustrating to constantly be "timed-out", and often results in some text boxes or images, etc., being incorrect. 

Could we PLEASE be logged in, until we log out? It is taking me a long, long time to do what needs to be done.
