Where are my SEO key results page now? I received an email saying you were going to partner with another company. Does that mean you have cut services to us? I have not seen any effort by homestead. please advise. I am concerned more problems building up for homestead.

I specifically want to see the pages that reviewed ranking on individual search engines. It showed the earlier, highest and current SEO ranking. These have disappeared, yet these are the key measure of Homestead SEO. Tell me where they are or why they were removed.

Sorry for the slow response on this. You are in the process of being changed over to the new SEO program. This means you are currently not tracking in the old dashboard. You should be receiving a new dashboard soon. It might take a little while for the data to accumulate and give you accurate numbers.

I also have no access to my optimized site reports. I have tried to call SEO Gear on a couple occasions and all I am able to do is leave a voice message. So far no return phone call.

Can someone at Intuit help? The only reports I have are the ones provided in Site Builder. I feel like I am starting to see a reduction in my first page placement results and need reports that can show me where things stand.

Also, I missed the one webinar they put on and the password and access codes to log into their system no longer work.

We apologize for the recent issues with not being able to log into the SEO Gears website. They were doing some recent maintenance with prevented logins. You should be able to log into your accounts at http://www.seogears.com/

If anyone is still having problems, please email homestead@seogears.com and include your domain name in the email.

The problem was not with the login Mike. The problem is your folks didn't put the tracking code onto my pages until I caught it 2 months after the migration. Since then, the tasks your own folks posted under Project Status on the dashboard were late or showed 0% complete weeks after the due date your own folks created. No one is watching the sites, and it is difficult to reach and speak to SEO Gears. I had high hopes but (1) Homestead left this business by outsourcing to you without telling customers, and (2) either SEO Gears has too much on their hands or are not properly organized to do the work. Sorry but I hoped for better service and attention.

SEO Gears doesn't care about customers through Homestead. You have to go direct, and then they pay attention. Any other way is wasting time and money.

That is not the case, it is just a matter of how each account is set up as to who you will contact for assistance. Is there something you need?

Good News they are being dropped. Had a bad experience with them and still have a residual problem. They set up my site so when someone clicked on an adwords ad it would change the phone number on my site so the call would go through them. When I did not renew they did not change it back so it still changes to there phone number and goes to no where. How can I get this fixed?

Where is the phone number on your site that changed. If you dropped the service then the adwords are stopped. or will stop shortly.

All the phone numbers on my site are changed when anyone comes to my site through adwords. I had adwords before and after Seogears. They made the change so they could monitor the calls, but it also changed my contact phone number which I complained about. When I canceled their service they did not reverse this.

Are you able you log into your adwords account? If you look at the ads does it have the correct number? If so, you might be seeing some residual ads from them. I am not sure when you cancelled it, but it takes a few days before they stop everything. I can look at it tomorrow to make sure.

I canceled in early October last year. I did have some residual numbers in adwords of the wrong number for a long time. But this is not the problem. SEOGears had me enter "Call Now for Consultation xxx xxx-xxxx " numbers on several of my website pages. It normally had my business phone number, but when an adwords click came in it would change all the numbers including my contact numbers to SEOGears number. That is what is still happening.
