Once I configured Cloudflare (I still use desktop site builder) and typed https:// and my web site URL every page had overlapping text issues. If I don't add https:// to the URL and open my site the text isn't overlapping and looks good as original. Why does this happen, how to fix this and if I have to redo every page of my site, well it's been a good 20 yrs. with Homestead and time to find better.

You cannot use Cloudflare with Sitebuilder Desktop. It only works with Sitebuilder Plus or Website Builder. You can start using Sitebuilder Plus and you will not need to rebuild your site. If you are going to rebuild your site anyway, I would recommend switching to our newest, most updated builder, Website Builder. It also works with Cloudflare, but will soon provide automatic SSLs through our system and it is mobile friendly.

Could you please explain to me how I go from Sitebuilder desktop to Sitebuilder Plus?

If you log in to homestead.com, click on Websites Manager, and choose the option "Edit with Sitebuilder Plus", it will bring you into that builder. Any outdated elements that are no longer supported will not be displayed, and it will tell you if there were any. You'll need to publish your site from that program.

Is your email not working? You need to turn the clouds off for everything except the *, www, and domain name. Any of the email records, click on the cloud to turn it grey.
Your site itself is secure, but there seem to be elements on the site that are not secure. You would need to go through the HTML on your site and edit any that have non-secure links in the code. Any http:// will cause your site to not be fully secure.
