I am attempting to edit my DNS records.  There are ten records under the heading "A Records,"
Four under "CNames,"  1 under "MX Records," and 1 under "TXT Records"
WHICH ONES am I supposed to change to the two I received from Cloudflare???  Which ones, if any, am I supposed to delete?

The only thing that Cloudflare should have given you would be nameservers. They will start with a name and end in ns.cloudflare.com.
If these are the records you are referring to, you do not add them under the Advanced DNS Settings. You add them under "Edit your nameservers" option in the domain tab.

Thanks.  Is it on my Homestead SiteBuilder where I "edit my nameservers"? Or is it on the Cloudflare site?
Sorry but I am lost.

This will be under the Domains tab on your Homestead account.
