Clients not getting emails

We mass email between 150 to 200 emails on the 20th of each month that are generated through quickbooks for monthly invoicing. These are for recurring service accounts. We are consistently finding that quite a few of these clients are not getting the emails. We use the pay link with quickbooks with all of these emails so the clients can simply pay using that link. Is there something we are not doing right or has a limit been set to number of emails we can send. This has worked in the past but the last few months it has become an issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Karl,

If you are sending directly from Roundcube you may be running into some of the limitations. Roundcube is capable of sending out about 49 emails at once and around 500 per hour. Once the server detects multiple emails going out too frequently is sometimes detects it as possible spam.  If you are wanting to send bulk emails to that many recipients I would definitely recommend Constant Contact which is a software that is specifically designed to send out mass emails at once. It is a feature that you will see inside your account from the tabs on the left and we are running a promotion right now for half off for the first 6 months.
