Emails sent to a particular client bounce. She thinks it's my email provider. How can I find out? Her domain is wellplannedevents.com. Mine is bjwilliamscpa.com. please let me know. This is the third problem in the last 2 weeks. Is anyone out there to help?
I see a few emails, sent to leanne and elaine @wellplannedevents.com, and on our end, it says "normal message delivery". This means that it was sent from our system successfully. At that point, if it is being bounced back, it is being blocked from her email provider and she will need to contact them to get that block removed or get your email whitelisted.
