I've had a few clients contact me in regards to my contact form on my website. Despite filling out the form and 'captcha' phrase correctly, they are asked to retype the phrase repeatedly. They have had to eventually contact me through other means as the form never let them successfully sent their request.

This is troubling as I may be unknowingly losing business.
Is there a reason why they may be having this issue? How can I correct this?

Do you have the same problem? I've had the same problem but it's always my mistake. Test it yourself to see what happens.

This has ALWAYS been a substantial problem and yes, it may be "my" mistake but only because it is far from readable. This is a serious problem that most definitely needs to be corrected by the builder.

Hello,

We recently found a bug with out captcha forms never submitted in Internet Explorer, but it has been working in Chrome and FireFox. Our engineers are still looking into the cause of this, but it can be avoided by turning the captcha off for the time being.

My website users are generally 70+ in age and they complain that the Captcha is too small. (I don't have problems with it & I'm on Safari.

Hello,

We will keep in mind the suggestion to give the ability to increase the size, but at the time there wouldn't be a way of increasing this.
