Our client is closing their doors and site, but desires to maintain their email with domain. How do we execute this? Since Gmail is the source for the email, is there a way to maintain the email after ceases Homestead service? Thanks!

If their domain is still registered through Homestead and they want to keep their email working, at least the domain registration would need to be continued. If they have the email through Homestead and check it through their Gmail, they would also still need to pay for email hosting through us. If they have their email directly through Gmail, they would not need email hosting through us.

Thanks. What is the cost for email hosting as the they're using your system.

That depends, is this on the account that you are posting from, or do they have their own account?

If it is on your account, it will not lower your bill. You can delete the site, but you have unlimited sites and storage. It would just be the $24/year for the domain, and $12/year for each email.
If they have their own account, we would be able to downgrade them to Domain Only hosting, which is $14.99/year.

Thanks Elyzabeth. I believe we will have them open an account and transfer the domain to them.
