Yes, Homestead. Please bring back chat. One of the reasons I went back to Homestead was because of the very nice, helpful chat team. Questions through the community home don't do me a lot of good because I mostly see "questions" but few "answers". So it would be welcoming to return to the excellent personal contact that was a part of the Homestead service. Thanks!

Great idea ! Bring back the live chat ! We are based in Sydney, Australia and it would be extremely helpful to have a live chat facility pop up on screen instead of phone calls. As well, the community chat is helpful and people are great but it might take four days to resolve an issue when a live chat option could provide instant resolution. Much better.
Yes, please bring back live chat. Drew is wonderful but can not keep awake 24/7 . We are in Sicily and phone has international connection charges. Hours are not convenient for overseas clients.
This is definitely a deal breaker for me; as soon as I can I'm moving all sites to godaddy!
I've been with you since 2002. You can't introduce features then take them away. That isn't good customer service. Live Chat was one of the only reasons I stayed with Homestead. So many other issues. I can't even find my website to edit right now. So frustrating!
Live chat would be great and it may be asking too much bu I would also like to see some Saturday hours as well. My business and website is 24/7 65 and sometimes I need help that are not during the 9-5 Mon-Fri hours. Especially when it is an issue that has to deal with a website going down or something not working correctly. I have been with the company since 2007 and I remember when they had later hours and weekend hours, It was great and customer service was always helpful and accommodating. I may have to look for another company with better support and extended hours because I cannot have my website down over a weekend.

ANYTHING that will allow for tech/account support would be nice! I've tried over and over to call, get on their unmanned hold forever and never get a human. Do they have an email so we can send questions now that there is no chat? I'm guessing they are trying to phase out Homestead all together - eliminating ways to contact them would not make sense otherwise :(
This is absolutely ridiculous to not have any way to help someone. This site has gone way down hill and I will be suggesting to my clients to invest in moving their website to another hosting site that allows for answers without having to get frustrated over the sea of chat conversations to find a solution.
I can ́t believe Homestead hasn ́t a Live Chat anymore, as any other website. Simple, it ́s a shame. Many customers (in my case, since 2003), feel that Homestead hasn ́t staff at all, and it ́s ruled automatically as a great Money Maker. Shame.
