I have Windows 7 and was logged in to Homestead on my desktop.  I don't have a clue how to clear cookies and I'm having trouble when I publish a page it comes up as mywebsite.homestead.com/***** etc.  instead of just mywebsite/****etc.html

I cleared everything and it still isn't working.  Do I now have to re-boot.  This is all so time consuming.

You can try a different browser, or you can search for your question here. You can also create your own topic if you would like to ask the question here.

Have you tried a different browser such as Google Chrome?

What is happening with your emails?
I've tried both IE and Chrome, different computers, cleared cache and cookies, signed in to Homestead - nothing works. Very frustrating. I need not only to check on something with my account, but also had questions about upgrading.

This happens to me on and off.  It's happening right now.  I recently cleared the cache, etc.. so I don't know what the problem is. Windows 10, Google Chrome, yes I am logged in.

Joshua2161, there is only community on the weekends. Phones and chat are closed.

Okay.  Shouldn't it say "Chat is closed" rather than give me the error?

With that being said, I updated my card info but when I click "Domains" it's not sending me to the domains page, it's still sending me to a credit card info page.  Can you fix that?

Unfortunately not with this provider. We will be changing to a new one soon.

I think I have your account set now so you go to the editor.
