URGENT HELP NEEDED regarding attempt to change website design! I am trying to rework a new website design while my current design remains. I clicked on Change Design and looked at what was there. I was never warned that I would lose my site. I never published a replacement site. My site appears to be gone, or at least it just shows "Error processing ssi file...Insert Headline..." My site is SusansSumptuousSoaps.com.

Thank you so much. What is the proper way to work on overhauling a website? I want to design a whole new website, and then swap them out when I am done. I really appreciate your help. I thought I had lost everything.

The best way is to create a brand new site and build it. Then, when ready, change the domain to the new site. A brand new site, would be created with our newest Websitebuilder, so there may be a bit of a learning curve. If you really like, you can create the new site and give me the name and I can convert it for you, so you can use Sitebuilder.

Bad news, Drew...My site was fine again. This morning I changed one page and added another, and published it. Now SusansSumptuousSoaps just says SSS, my phone number, and a couple other instructional lines.

Is it just the index page. I see that one is incorrect. Do you see the other pages correctly?

I don't see anything but those brief lines - no other pages - when I go to SusansSumptuousSoaps.com

Drew, I went to Homestead on the index page and "published" it to see if anything happened (I don't know why it would) - and for whatever reason (did you do something in the meantime?) it is up and running. Hope everything's all set now.

We must have gotten the editor page restored just at that moment. I am glad everything is working again.
