I have updated my website, primarily the homepage. The changes are saved between logins, they are reflected when I check the publishing preview, and the "publish" button appears to function (loading to 100%). However, when I visit the URL after hitting publish, the site is not updated. This has been going on for a few weeks--I have made several attempts to publish these changes--and it is still not reflecting at the URL. Please advise as I would like to get these changes published immediately.

Have you tried a "refresh"?
F5 = Refresh. If that doesn't work, use Shft/Ctrl/Delete.
Using this procedure intermittently provides solutions to cache and cookie related interference. A browser works by downloading a page to your computer. Browsers will then show the page from your computer as opposed to downloading it every time you visit the page. This speeds up the process and lessens the traffic on the Internet. Depending on the browser, it will periodically check the website for a new version of the page and download it if it has changed. If you don't see a change that you expect, then press F5. That tells the browser to go to the site and download the page now.

No luck with the refresh, though I had thought of this. That's part of the reason that I tried visiting across several days and from several different computers, two of which had never visited the site before. It is clear that whatever is happening involves a disconnect between the confirmation that changes were published and the actual visibility of these changes when logged out of Homestead.

Did you try different browsers? Try Chome or Firefox.

Yep, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. I actually just checked Chrome on my husband's computer, which wouldn't have the site cached regardless of which browser, and it's still showing the non-updated version.

Is it possible you have a storage limit issue or have exceeded your contract page limitation?

Danielle3941, themieleman hit it on the last comment. Your account has a limit of 25mb. Your site itself is within the space except for you have added a presentation in mp4 format which all by itself is 65mb. You would have to remove that presentation, host it at a place like YouTube, or you can add 1gb of space for $2/month. That would probably cover your space needs for a very long time.
