I need to add a new website, but I can't change the site association. I need www.carolineredmonlmft.com to point to that website, so that I can go ahead and start creating the site.

You can create the site without the domain. This way you can build the site while the old one is still active, so there is no down time when you do change the association.

I see 2 sites on the account and a domain on each one. Is one of these sites going to be rebuilt? If so, you first need to create the new site and give it any name. Then you would be able to change the association.

Correct, there are 2 sites, www.drjamiekirkpatrick.com and www.alldesertwellness.org. These are fine and not going to be rebuilt. However, I added a 3rd site and gave it a name, www.carolineredmonlmft.com. It needs to be built, but it doesn't show up on the websites manager. I went to domains and it shows the url pointing to the www.alldesertellness. org site. Carolineredmonlmft needs to exist and point to itself. What's up? I have never had this problem before when I added a new site and of course, I can't seem to find a phone number to call someone so that I can get an answer when I need it, like i used to be able to. This is very frustrating!

You registered the domain, but have not created the site folder. Follow these instructions, https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how-do-i-create-a-new-site

Once the site is created, then you can choose the association for the domain.
