certain emails are still being blocked coming back undeliverable - when will you be at 100% again?

There are still some emails coming back to me as undeliverable:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at gproxy2-pub.mail.unifiedlayer.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Can you please reply back and tell us what the email address domain name is, and we'll look into this? We have many of the blacklist problems fixed, but unfortunately these are a bit complex and time consuming to clear up. You should steadily see improvement over the coming days and weeks.

Mike - any news on when this is going to be fixed?
As of 10/16/13 I am still unable to send emails to this agent.

Sorry, unfortunately I can't give an exact date or time. I do know that it can take some time to get removed from some of the blacklists. Do you have a more recent error message you can post here and I'll report it again?

Yesterday a significant and successful adjustment was made to our spam filter. If you are still having problems sending let us know.

If you get a bounce message post it here.

Also, you'll want to look at your emails to make sure they do not contain spam like characteristics. ie. too many recipients, subjects that may be spam like, content of the emails. Also, if you are sending to multiple recipients you can try to break the email apart and send it individually to see if there's a problem associated with just one of the addresses, that might be affecting the whole email.

All of them are checked. it doesn't matter if it's 1 or 50. To help keep your domain clean, try not to send an email with more than 50 recipients, or more than 50 emails to single recipients. There is not a hard rule. if you send to large lists, you definitely want to use an email marketing service and be sure to include an unsubscribe option. I've seen people send to small lists, but not include an unsubscribe feature and then get blacklisted.

Is that the complete error message? Can you provide more details? Does this happen repeatedly, just once, random? Which email/domain where you sending from?

yes that is the complete error message. It is only happening when I sent an email to anyone at murtexfs.com. I am sending from tina@wtidi.com

Suddenly, I am having trouble replying to messages that are sent to me. My reply keeps coming back as rejected as spam. See below for the latest one. I have xxx'd out my friends name. This is a repeating problem!

Is it possible that this is happening to me now because of systems received it before when Homestead had all of these problems and it was labeled spam and sophisticated email systems still remember?
