Captcha not working

This is regarding the Contact Us page and Email buttons on We've had a few people have trouble submitting emails. It seems that even if they put the captcha in correctly (and yes we've looked at screenshots and made sure it wasn't user error), it doesn't take. The one person who sent the screenshots was on Safari on a computer. We didn't have a problem with Chrome on a PC. Is it an Apple issue? Or is the captcha functionality just not working?

It works as far as I can tell. I will have to have Apple checked, but it should work as long as the capitalize the characters in bold.
