Can't access email on new system

It is most annoying that I can no longer access my email with Internet Explorer!

The old Zimbra platform was not compatible with IE 10 or 11. The new platform should be fine with IE 10 As IE 11 is still very new we have not done much testing and do not recommend upgrading yet.

The old platform worked for me on IE 10. I now get a message saying it will not work with my current browser and I must use Firefox or Chrome. I hate Chrome, but may try Firefox.

Are you seeing the text in red when in your account and clicking on email? If so, ignore that, it was a message directed at the old platform. I am assuming if you have been using IE, that you are in compatibility mode.

You absolutely should be able to use IE 10 on the new platform. Personally, I like Firefox the best.

Thank you. Yes, the error message was in red, and I went back in and was able to get to the email.
