Can't upgrade email quota

I have followed the steps exactly in order to upgrade my email storage but I keep getting the message in red letters that I'm not eligible for an upgrade.  I have tried logging out and logging back in and it is still giving me the same message.  At this time I can't receive any emails because my inbox is full.  And when I try to delete emails it seems they are not deleting as my inbox still shows it is 100% full.  Please help!!

Can you send me a screenshot of that error, so I can see what you are referring to? Typically, when you go to upgrade a mailbox, you will see a message that you don't have upgrades available and a link to manage your storage upgrades.

That is the message I am seeing.  I then click on the link and add the 5G option.  When I log out and go back to change on the drop down menu it shows the error again.

The bank said a charge from Homestead has gone through but I'm still having the same issue.  What do I need to do?

I think they were talking about the $1 hold to verify the card. I am still showing that the last payment was received on 2/04. I am going to set the account to Active so it will attempt to bill tonight.

OK, I can see that the account billed. You should be able to add the email storage now.
