A few days ago I installed Malwarebyte anti-malware software to get rid of some malware infections from Yahoo ("Safer Search from Yahoo"). Malwarebyte was successful in getting rid of the infections with its scanning and quarantine. Yesterday, however I couldn't start Sitebuilder on my first laptop. I tried on the second laptop (which also has Malwarebyte) and again it can't work. Has Malwarebyte inadvertently quarantined Sitebuilder files as "PUP", i.e. potentially useless programs? Can anyone help? Thanks

Francis8572,

I am not familiar with that software, but you can either uninstall it to see, or see if exceptions can be added. Another possibility is that you are experiencing an issue due to the current data migration. Can you tell me what is Sitebuilder doing? Are you able to use Sitebuilder Plus?

Hello Francis,

Chances are that you are experiencing the effects of the current migration of data centers. Many SiteBuilder desktop users are unable to log in to their accounts. This migration is due to last until approximately Dec. 12.
To be on the safe side you should be able to enter sites, programs on the Malwarebyte that are ok. I'm not familiar with it, but normally these programs generate a list of sites or programs that have been blocked or put in the PUP file and you can remove them.
