can't send email

As of Friday afternoon, 3/1/19, I cannot send emails using Outlook.  I get error messages: "Cannot connect to outgoing SMTP server.  The communication timed out."  "Security certificate cannot be verified.  I am using port 993 for incoming and port 465 for outgoing.  I am wasting hours trying to figure this out.  Homestead help line just states that you open at 6am pacific time but no days of operation.  Hard to get ahold of anyone.

I do not know what your set up in Outlook looks like, but please make sure the option to use an SSL/encrypted connection is turned on in both the incoming and outgoing settings.
