I can't receive emails from my new e-mail account, but I can send them.

Since you have custom DNS on your domain, our system cannot automatically update the DNS on our end. The DNS on your domain was just very outdated, which is why your email wasn't working properly. I have manually updated this on my end. Please give it up to 24 hours for propagation, but your email should start working soon. Please let me know if you have any further issues.
