can't publish my website STILL

This is a continual problem I have been dealing with for months, every SINGLE time I try to change ANYTHING on my site.  I shouldn't have to reach out to someone every time I want to change something.  Normally I am adding photos or removing photos of discontinued items.  Today, all I tried to do was adjust the pricing on a few items on 3 different pages.  I followed all past advice, saving all 3 pages first, only hitting publish once.  I have ran antivirus software on my computer, as well as cleared all of my caches, etc.  I am 100% positive the problem is not on  my end.  If this is going to continue I am going to have to go elsewhere for my website, as I have to make changes quite often.

I apologize you are experiencing publishing issues, I can definitely take a look into this. What pages did you make changes to and publish?

It has been looked at each time I have this problem, and within a week they get my pages published, but this should not be the case every single time.  I changed prices on pages : Master Beds, Master Nightstands, and Entire Master Bedroom Sets.  The specific items I changed were all #B211, and B192, if you need that info as well.  For instance, Master Nightstands, I only changed the B211-92 from $169.99 to $159.99.

Thank you. Since the site is large, upon publishing the system does look at all pages and files and when it exceeds a certain size it get placed into the publishing queue as mentioned previously. The system does attempt to automatically clear this but is unable to for larger websites. We do need to manually go into the system and clear this. I have created a ticket for this to get done and once it is cleared you will see the changes publish, please allow 24-48 hours for this to be done. I understand this may cause inconvenience but this is something we are activity working on and are close to providing a solution for the publishing issue that you are experiencing.

Okay, thank you. This is the first time anyone explained it was due to the size of my website.  Hopefully that will get resolved soon.
