I'm trying to migrate several.com domain  names to another registrar. I've followed the steps aoutline in this post. I do receive a confirmation e-mail and follow the steps outline in this. However another e-mail is being send to vastgoedexpertise-aerts.com@contactprivacy.com which is never confirmed.

Please find the logs of this transfer below.

You must remove domain privacy from the domain. We are not denying the transfer, but you will never receive the email asking for the auth code as long as privacy is turned on. Log into your Homestead account and under this domain, click on the privacy link and disable it.

Hello Drew,

I've done that an re requested the transfer. Why is there a mail send to contactprivacy.com? Could you check that nothing on the Homestead side is needed to allow the transfer?

Privacy hides your personal information from public searches by adding the contact privacy information. Once you turned it off, there would be a propagation period for it to actually remove, which it has. It looks like the domain is on its way to the new host.
