What email are you specifically using to try to login with?

I am able to log in to the mail box. Are you receiving an error? Have you tried any of the others yet? Perhaps the change Todd made took a little while to propagate.

Still can't login. Im getting my mail via pop mail or whatever I just can't login to the round cube thing. Let me ask this, does round cube have anti spam tools otherwise I don't care if I can login. I'm getting a lot of spam at one of my email addresses.

Yes. Roundcube has filters that can automatically remove messages that meet criteria that you set.

Are you able to still log in to Open Xchange? https://emailmg.homestead.com/ox6/ox.html

I was able to finally log in. Thanks for the assistance. If you have any tips for spam filters I would appreciate that.

Don't try to filter based on the from address as they spoof that and change it often. If the messages look like they have a common phrase or something that you would not believe would be in a legitimate email, you can filter based on that.

I want to block all incoming emails from the .us domain. What is the best way to do that? I set it so that from shows .us then to reject it with the reply not accepting from .us just in case and then send it to junk not sure if there is a better way.

You should be able to say From: contains (domain name), then Move to, Trash or other folder if you prefer.

Did you leave them in the inbox? We can log in and take a look to see why that might happen. Please give use the subject of the email as well. If you already manually deleted them, please leave the next one or two in there and let us know.

I viewed the source from the most recent emails with the .us emails, and they are being marked as spam now. The problem is that emails deliver at a rapid rate, and often times spam can be delivered to an inbox before our spam filter recognizes and catches them from delivering. What I did notice however, is some of these spam emails have an option to Unsubscribe at the bottom. I do recommend you look for these options to "Unsubscribe" as this usually can help reduce the amount of spam mail being delivered to the box.

My understanding clicking to unsubscribe is something you should not do.

I can also recommend syncing your email with GMail or Outlook to gain the ability to mark a specific email as spam if you are able to do that.

I don't think round cube spam filters work very well. I blocked a specific sender (from) using the spam filter and got another one from the same sender today.
