Can't create record for subdomain containing a period

Hello, I cannot create a record (A record or CNAME) for www.subdomain.domain.com as it will not let me enter a value with a period in either type of record (ex: www.subdomain). Can anyone help?

Hello Fred0416,

"www." is a subdomain. So you would not do two subdomains. Do one for www and one for the other subdomain you want.They just need to be separate.
